One thing I don’t like about the research paper is that it’s taking too long to do. Another thing I don’t like about the research paper is that we need to write a whole paragraph on each section like the thesis, evidence, reasoning, etc. Lastly, I don’t like doing too much writing, so at this point i’m just irritated.
My conspiracy theory is Area 51 and aliens. I chose this because I love conspiracy theories and I am a strong believer in this topic. Also I chose this because I know that there’s a lot of information on area 51. In this topic I know that there’s a lot of other believers and so there’s lots of proof. Lastly, I chose this because it’s something im interested in.

Something I struggled with when writing my essay was finding the right words to compare the two images without writing the same thing. I believe that in the essay I was successful with keeping the topic and question related and writing more than two paragraphs. What I learned with this essay was to properly set my words how I want them to be in order for my essay to make sense and answer the question. Something else I want to know from the essay topic is how do we not mix up techniques and tone/mood.
I do consider myself to be a writer because I know i’m good at writing and when I start writing I don’t really set a limit for myself. Also, when writing I know that I have something to get done so I just write fast and don’t stop but it’s not on purpose. I write when i’m at home and when i’m at school, but mainly in school. At school I mainly write about academic stuff but when i’m at home I write about random stuff and whatever is going on with my life because it’s only when i’m texting. At school I write because I am forced to but When i’m texting I write because I communicate with my friends and family. I also write because texting my friends keeps me entertained and it’s a good practice towards my writing skills.
Also I consider myself a writer because I focus on the main idea and when it’s paragraphs we have to write I usually am good at writing them. I also write when i’m at school to do work. I write about whatever we learn in a specific class and the work I have to do. I write because I need to get a grade. I also write because by writing I learn.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
